We are pleased to inform you that the biotech trait in Genuity DroughtGard Hybrids has received all import approvals in key export markets with functioning regulatory systems. All grain marketing commitments agreed to in your accepted Genuity DroughtGard Hybrids Grower Agreement are no longer required as grain will no longer be required to remain in the domestic market. All other components of the grower’s MTSA (Monsanto Technology Stewardship Agreement) remain in place.
