Marketing Stewardship Agreements – Any crop or material produced from Monsanto trait products can only be exported to, or used, processed or sold, in countries where all necessary Regulatory approvals have been granted. For some traits a Marketing Stewardship agreement that defines the potential markets is required before delivery of the seed. Consult your authorized seed dealer or seed company representative for further information.
